We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension and Indexing Platform in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal, spamming, or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute or sell API access or extension binaries without explicit permission.

2. Indexing Credits & Service Guarantees

URL Indexing submissions consume account credits. While SERP X-Ray leverages high-tier indexing protocols to maximize search engine discovery, search engine indexing timelines and inclusion are ultimately determined by search engine algorithms. Unprocessed failed requests are eligible for credit adjustments in accordance with system policies.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability or exact search ranking outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SERP X-Ray or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
