By installing and using the SERP X-Ray Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.
• Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Redistribute or sell the Extension without explicit permission from the author.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the SEO metrics fetched or integrated. Since third-party websites (like Google or Ahrefs) frequently update their platforms, the Extension's functions could change or become unavailable without notice.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer, Uzair Lakho, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension.

4. Modifications to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
